His background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of St. Thomas, and over 20 years experience working in technical sales, sales, and marketing management with an additional 10 years in hospitality and customer care.
