Reilly&#8217;s appointment reflects the company\u2019s commitment to growth, innovation, and providing cutting-edge solutions to meet the needs of its diverse customer base.<\/p><p>Reilly brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and hands-on engineering experience to Roper Pump. He recently completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Georgia, where he demonstrated exceptional technical skills and a passion for problem-solving. In addition to his academic achievements, Reilly&#8217;s diverse work experience has equipped him with valuable insight into manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.<\/p><p>Prior to joining Roper Pump, Reilly worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Kubota Tractor Corporation in Jefferson, Georgia. During his four-month internship, he contributed significantly to improving production processes by designing new workstations and automation solutions that increased production capacity. Reilly also completed process drawings and standard work for various parts, balanced assembly lines to meet customer demands, and implemented safety improvements.<\/p><p><em>&#8220;We are excited to welcome Reilly to our team,&#8221;<\/em> said Dan Johnston, VP of Sales and Marketing at Roper Pump Company. <em>&#8220;His engineering background, coupled with his ability to contribute to process improvements and optimize workflows, makes him an excellent fit for this role.
