Tack, Seal Coat & Crack Sealer
- NEW – Featuring a new size in the 3600 Series: The 3265 is a new breed of high-flow, extreme-condition gear pump for multi-viscous and abrasive fluids.
- Large helical pumping gears ensure positive asphalt transfer
- Capable of handling viscosities of several hundred thousand SSU and temperatures up to 450°F.
- High-temperature packing, bushings, gaskets, bearings and relief valve parts
- Combines the large displacement needed for fast transfer with performance and durability
- Jacketing available for highly viscous fluids and/or products that may solidify when cooled
- OPTIONAL ADD-ON : Superior, longer-lasting WEDGEE Packing that reduces leakage
- Up to 585 GPM – Up to 125 PSI

Asphalt Emulsion
- Rubber Covered Gears provide flexibility in materials pumped and expand potential applications.
- Reversible Rotation
- Ideal for highly abrasive applications with up-to pea-size particles
- Can be outfitted with undersize gear OD, wearplates, hydraulic close-coupled mount, and bi-directional relief valve

Tanker Loading & Unloading
- Loading & unloading transport truck tankers, railway tank cars and barges, and high flow rate transfer in process plants & refineries
- Designed to operate at standard motor speeds
- Permissible relatively high operating speeds provide advantages in driver size and fewer complications in gear reduction
- Helical gears with large length-to-diameter ratio to improve efficiency
- Thru port design allows for lower inlet and outlet losses

Tack & Hot Oil Transfer
- Adaptable to a wide range of high-temperature applications
- Designed to operate at motor speeds
- Internal bearings are lubricated by the fluid being pumped.
- Precise manufacturing tolerances provide minimum clearances for maximum pumping efficiency.
- Large, hardened steel dowel pins ensure positive alignment between the faceplate, case, and backplate.
